In my laboratory at the Charité - University Hospital in Berlin, we use patient-derived in vitro models to understand how genetic alterations and changes in the tumour-microenvironment can control phenotypic changes of cancer cells with the aim to develop novel therapies for urological tumors along with personalised tools to predict therapy response.
